How to overcome our procrastination?
Procrastination
habits are seen in many people in every task nowadays. They do not maintain
their activities because procrastination is a hurdle for them. They always put
today's task to the next day, this laziness comes in front of their success.

to succeed in their life just focus on these things that I read in the book Eat
That Frog written by Brian Tracy.
The first thing is that we have to do make a list of everyday tasks that we have to do, and the second thing is that begin to start with a big task and another small task becomes easier. Therefore make a list of every task that remember our mind and when it makes your habit no one will stop the goals of your life.
