How to overcome our procrastination?

Procrastination habits are seen in many people in every task nowadays. They do not maintain their activities because procrastination is a hurdle for them. They always put today's task to the next day, this laziness comes in front of their success. . If these types of people want to succeed in their life just focus on these things that I read in the book Eat That Frog written by Brian Tracy.

The first thing is that we have to do make a list of everyday tasks that we have to do, and the second thing is that begin to start with a big task and another small task becomes easier. Therefore make a list of every task that remember our mind and when it makes your habit no one will stop the goals of your life.
