The Chief Justice inquired whether the PM had delivered the court instruction on which the Attorney General said that he had not conducted the court command to him. I will inform the Prime Minister about the court demand.

A three-member bench of the Supreme Court summoned the Prime Minister in person on the Peshawar tragedy. Justice Gulzar remarked that it was a sign of seriousness? He said that if the court order was not sent to the Prime Minister, he would ask for it himself and he was summoned in person. Justice Amin, the third senior judge, said that talks were being held with the people who were behind the tragedy. He was referring to the Tehreek Taliban Pakistan. Instead, negotiations are being held with the criminals.

 

The children’s families had demanded that the federal security of that time, the CM of that time Pervaiz Khatak, ISI of that time, and core commander of that time be called and they should be held accountable. The Peshawar Judicial Commission had submitted a 5,000-page report last year. The Chief Justice has remarked to the Prime Minister that the case should be processed within four weeks.
